Is it bad that I resent her.

Is it bad that I still resent a girl who left 2 years ago. I hate holding grudges and get when I think of this girl I want to think of the happy memories but can only think of what she did. I’m gonna be honest she didn’t do anything crazy bad and I feel selfish for holding resentment when it’s not a big deal.
So basically at the end of the year 2023 she used to force my friends to go on the soccer field and watch her “man”. She was never like this before. This guy was a player and He was just playing with her. He would text her compliments and said i like you back but I knew he was lying. He had done this to many girls already and I didn’t want her to fall into it. But she did. I asked one day if it was your friends or this guy on a cliff how would you save first just as a random question. She said the guy if it was this certain friend, but when I said someone from our main friend group she still said the guy. I kinda felt betrayed that she would chose him over her best friends and I want her to be with a guy who would actually like her for who she is.THEN randomly she switched and stopped liking him. She went to this other guy who clearly didn’t like her either.
Another thing is she would point out things that made me feel bad about myself kike calling my skinny or bony.
I feel bad for her though she was going through things but then why am I still holding resentment.
