Oww i have a sore back, just taken valium, have been great for ages but put on weight over xmas and gym instructor removed lateral pulldowns and barbell squats from frogram and I have ankylosing spondylitis. Owww..
past friends yohan was actually a narcissist or narcissistic, and quick a few of out interactions were, “i’m fantastic and youre sh**”, its been more than 20 years sunce we last spoke, and i saw his discussion in a blog with the theme about how he would talk to people if he wasnt too busy, it had an elitist tone to it. Phil was the similar, he used to try out insults on me and it was obvious to me that someone had very effectivrly applied them to him, “like you ridiculous fool” out of the blue , is something i would expect to be said to him. Dave was an interesting an intelligent guy, with similar upbringing, but he was a bit bent anf thought stealing was ok. But well smarter and self aware than your average person. But through my work for 15 years in a big company i have made some truly decent friends that stick with you through thick and thin. And a couple that had great oersonalities disguising disrespectful and cruel trauts who look for weakness and delight in humiliating others im front if crowds. Which I think is pretty low. He would start narratives about how i was in live eith him or besotted with him and i would go out of my way to break him of that illusion
