WTF IS WRONG WITH ME (please help me)

(I had a boy's fake account on Instagram actually I am a girl but he didn't knew)
what happened is
I had met him from a comment section he wanted to be added in my Instagram group then we talked and he told me about how he had liked his bestfriend but she rejected him that's when I thought that maybe I will tell him that I am actually a girl talking with a boy's ID but later his behaviour become confusing. He was tryna know if i was a girl. He said looks matters when I asked him then I ask one of my online people to ask him if looks matter and he said it doesn't. He did many things like those. When he didn't send me reels I told him to send me reels and he did. When I used to ask why he isn't texting me he used to say that and this he used to give me a valid reason (even though those might have been excuses), when he was not sending me reels I told him to send reels and he did (i didn't expect it), I told him to delete all the photos and screenshots of his best friend and his conversation and he did (i didn't expect that or maybe he lied but why?) maybe we kinda build a bond even if it was fake from his side.  After a while i deleted my Instagram account where I was a boy. I wanted to stay away from the confusion but now i am thinking that what if he thought i left him? (But what if he doesn't care?)  what if he does care? The worse part is he didn't even try to reach out to me when I disappeared from instagram he would have texted my other online friends to ask about me my bestie texted him but he ignored. Should I start talking to him with my real girl id or just make a boy's ID and ask why he did the things he did?
