Why does the legal punishment for abortion...

Why is it that in every state that wants to ban abortion that's all of the punishments fall on the mother, the doctor, and the clinics that host them, but no responsibility falls on the father who is just as likely to ask for one as the mother is?

For something that's not supposed to be about punishing women, this surely seems to be unfairly punishing women as I have never seen a bill go into effect that says that any would be father that pressures their partner into getting an abortion of any kind whether it be medically induced or surgical that both parties involved to share the same blame and therefore get similar sentencing.

If it's because it's significantly harder to prove that a man was involved in said decision making, why the fuck are the punishments for the women in the doctors so God damn strict then if the men actually pushing for it will never be accounted for.

Also why the fuck aren't more states creating domestic violence registries, to keep track of men that beat their wives the same way that places have a sex offender registry, or an animal abuser registry?

To me the argument that birth isn't a punishment is an absolute God damn lie especially when it's being used to justify children and women in abusive situations being forced to give birth, well the men involved will never face any consequences.
