So I know things and doctors

Cut it short and bring up whatever you understand. Well i seen another doctor and they said i didnt have ehat they believed. Which i didnt believe either. Im basicaĺly learning everything on my own i am my own support system and i dont like how the doctors are acting its like no body really knows anything.

It started with a nurse practicioner with a doctorate certificate and then my fam doc at a indiginous place then the last clinic at a nother area non culture specific.

I felt like no one was listening to me so i told them how i felt. At the indiginous place.

They told me to do stretches 3 times x 1 a day and apply ice 20 min. They told me theres no swelling then the fam doctor said apply ice that theres no visible swelling but under neath something something. Then the next doctor said apply ice 5 min x 3 a day and do stretches.

Indiginious family doctor Didnt follow up thyroid didnt follow up ultrasound for years and didnt tell me wouldnneed arch support for new chronic issue basically giving nothing and waiting for eberything to fall apart
