I hope it is not a brain tumor

I will monitor myself, but i am having the symptoms of brain tumor. Sudden numbness in the left arm, nausea, severe headache, dizziness. Hopefully, it is not that. I have a doctor appointment in a few weeks. It is a lot common than you think. Normally my memory is extremely sharp and good. Lately, I am having issues.
I am worried. What will happen to my sibling if anything happens to me?
