I hate my manager so much

Ok so I work in IT I LOVE what I do at my job, the only problem is my manager. He makes it miserable. He is always rushing everybody which in my area is something that’s should not be rushed. He is passive aggressive. He is not a leader. Doesn’t take suggestions. He is just horrible. Two faced. Old fashioned. Micromanaging for everything. Just an overall horrible person. I’m trying to be a calm and respectful person but there is only so much you can really take before I snap. I have always been grounded for talking back just waiting for the right moment. I see him online at every hour. Yesterday for example I had to do OT left at 9pm he was still there. Then later sent several messages at 2am & 3am, then started asking people for updates at 7am when we start at 10am. I’m so done with this, I don’t know who I should complain to. Don’t really trust anyone, I’ve only been here for 3months. Their processes suck, the way the training -or lack there of- is non existent. Don’t know how long I’ll last till I get fired because that’s just how it is. They find someone within 2 weeks. Anyways I reaaaally hate him, can’t stand him. Thanks for listening to my TED talk!
