How does your boss doing drugs effect you?!

I was once at the end of my rope because my boss had come into work high and kept fucking with me.

It wasn't the first time I had been in that situation. I've had plenty of degenerate deadbeat bosses who have done shit.

I went to a person I knew for help. Their response was a dismissive "How does your boss doing drugs effect you?!"

Are you fucking kidding me. If a boss is doing that shit on the job, it plenty effects you. Let me do a rundown.

They get high and are clearly fucked up. You can't say a word but if your shoe is untied they won't let you live it down.

If they're stealing, they will try to pin it on someone. I had another boss who robbed the place blind, she was all about finding a patsy.

Eventually on top of using the drugs at work, they will start to get their dealer to come in. My stealing boss used to steal food and use it to pay for drugs. Would get into the dealers car and shit. All where employees could openly see.

Then all of the braindead spoiled brat shit. The core of who a person is comes out. The spineless spoiled retarded trashy child that they've always been takes the reigns. Meanwhile the boss will loudly go onto the shit employees about sexual jokes and fucking, among other things. If someone complains the boss will pretend they didn't do anything and pin it all on the employee they were talking to about this shit.

I could go on for hours. My point is that person I went to was retarded and should be in the middle of a situation like the many I've been in, just for the way they talked to me.

A boss using drugs is a hopeless shit situation that no one should be in. I shouldn't be punished as they get to do whatever they wanted. And that's what it is. If you don't think so or believe any of that "addiction is a disease" boo hoo propaganda then prove it to yourself. Put yourself in a situation of being around and addict and see just how much of a victim they really are.
