The only reason that the Islam that westerners assume all Muslims practice is as fucked up as it is, is because the West has destabilized their Nations, and propped up terroristic regimes, with money and guns so that we have an excuse to keep a presence in the Middle East, so we can keep draining their oil.
It is also the same reason that we back Israel, funding a country that gives all the things we call "communism" to their citizens, while our people starve and can't find work.
Fundamentalist Christianity does all of the same fucked up things that you say that Muslims do, but unlike when they do it Christians are actually supported when they assault their children in Gods name.

Firstly, Islam FORBIDS abuse, exploitation, incest, unconsensual marriages--- everything you mentioned are huge sins in Islam. HUGE sins. Anybody you've heard do this is very wrong and is spreading wrong images in people's minds. The Prophet Muhammad SAW literally said: "The best of you are those who are the best to women." Abusing daughters is not 'Allah's will', it's a direct violition of it and will not go unpunished.
The Quran itself elevates women's dignity and honour. There's a whole chapter named after women, and so many verses which state that Allah does not favouritise any gender over the other. In the Quran (4:19), men are commanded to, when they live with women, to treat them with honour and kindness. Women in islam have the right to CONSENT to marriage, to OWN PROPERTY, to EDUCATION, and to be treated with FULL justice. And what more these rights were historically not yet even close to granted anywhere else.
As for the claim about child abuse and immorality; I shudder even reading them. Islam places strict boundaries around modesty and consent. ANY form of sexual violence or coercion, directed to ANYBODY, is forbidden and has a huge punishment. it pains me to think that this is what media has told you is 'Islam', and that you blindly were led to beleive it. These images are exactly everything Islam has always been and always will be against.
Regarding your point about muslims using their minds--- that's just straight up historically inaccurate. Islamic civilisation was foundational to global knowledge. Scholars like Ibn Sina (medicine), Al Khwarizmi (algebra) and Ibn Al Haytham (optics) made huge contributions to modern sciences. The first university ever built was established by not just a muslim, but a muslim woman, Fatima Al-Fihri! Today, muslims all over the world are doctors, engineers, researchers and even scientists.
The Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) being described as 'illiterate' is not even an insult in Islamic understanding. Majority of people in Arabia at the time were illiterate, and amore importantly, his illiteracy was part of Allah's wise plan to prove authenticity of the revelation of the Quran. It proved that he did not write it himself, as a book written by a mortal man could never be something humans should believe in and practise till this day.
On that note, the Quran is literally the words of Allah. God. Of course we shouldn't change it, innovate new worships and rules. To even think that your ideologies could be better than the Divine's---ever--- is just pure pride and ignorance on your part.
Finally, the idea that Islam discourages thinking is simply falsehood. The Quran repeatedly asks people to reflect, to reason, to ponder, and to seek knowledge (which I respectfully ask you to do.) In fact the pursuit of knowledge and acting upon this knowledge in your life and how you treat other people is compulsory in Islam.
It is possible to have genuine questions and criticism of what you understand of a belief system, and I admire the fact that you speak against treating women wrong, sexual violence, sexism and ignorance--- bur reducing an entire faith to hateful caricatures only spreads more ignorance. If you're interested in truth, it deserves to be approached with honesty, and never hostility.
May Allah guide me if I said anything wrong, and it was never my intention to offend. I merely want to defend my religion, which I believe is worth fighting for.
