Annoyed

Okay, so, basically, my dad and my mom are broken up. They haven't divorced yet, but they aren't living together. I'm with my mom while my dad is in Puerto Rico. Now, we have five dogs. My mom's place doesn't allow more than one animal so my dad kept the other four dogs with him. I dont want to seem ungrateful, but my dad is always complaining about how broke he is but yet he has enough money to travel. He left the dogs alone in the house so my mom has to drive us over to his house to take care of them. I feel like this is so unfair because he also wants us to take care of his lizards and his chickens. I told him there's literally an entire app to hire a babysitter for his animals and he said he was broke once again. I dont know what im not understanding about this because he also said he was gonna travel some more in september. I don't want to keep driving back and forth. It's kind of ruining my summer. But we can't because he said he'll just rehome the dogs if we don't want to take care of them. I love the dogs and they're so sweet. But i don't think people are going to want them. They're kind of old and one of them has an ear infection that he barely takes care of. My sister feels the same but she loves the dogs so she won't say anything. I'm just extremely annoyed and i don't know what to do.
