I work 4 jobs.

Job 1 subway nice people but only 8 hours per week but that is normal for that kind of work.
Job 2 disability support worker for company A
job 3 youth worker for company a
job 4 carer for company B.

Okay for company A I get about 660 per week, 300 a week at subway, and at company b it varies wildly can be 500 a week but other times a thousand or nothing for weeks at a time... company b is notoriously unreliable and has obscene fluctuations. So I have decided to dump company B (cunts) and go instead to a new company lets call them company C for academic purposes. So I applied for about 30 jobs so should get one as I am experienced in the industry.

This is a rant though because company B I actually am pissed off with. They have routinely rostered me on before the shift would disappear on my phone app 2 days prior etc and I have had enough they can go fuck themselves. Then often like no notice at all they will phone or message me hi can you do a sleepover most recently happened this week they message me the very minute I usually leave to be on time to that particular shift as it is a half hour drive so I leave 35 minutes and so they literally 35 minutes to message me... and of course given the late notice I had already accepted a shift at company A to start at that same time for 3 hours. So I get to my shift only see it after starting shift I decide I am not responding I was so insulted because the very next night i had been rostered and it disappeared 2 days before same thing the week before for a shift and then they with no notice expect me to be ready in uniform, with food for dinner (since it is a sleepover, clothes packed etc with literally no notice I was absolutely pissed. So I didn't even answer I left them hang and what do you know i see a message up "emergency shift" so the client had nobody to take care of her obviously and she has serious health issues requires complex care. Look I feel for her I do but they would have figured it out she wasn't unsafe and it was their own incompetence though the real thing that happened was she wasn't unsafe as the nurse was present and possibly another carer but they were absolutely humiliated because her husband was due to visit would have showed up with at least one vacant spot. so serves them right and I have decided I am quitting that was the last straw I have given them too many opportunities. .
