I got bored and browsed Reddit and the pop subreddits came up. I saw some photos of Emma Watson with some rich Mexican dude known for being an elitist prick. Brownie points for him being brown I guess? It reminded me of weird interactions I've had with Mexicans over the years.

I mean, usually Mexicans are cool af. We aren't a monolith or anything, but we respect each other well enough usually. I got a thing for Latinas if I'm being honest anyway.

Anywho, there was this one time my boss was a super awkward white dude who stole his glass's lens from NASA. Never seen anyone that blind in my life, and bro was in construction. Also really fucking annoying. Anyway, I brought up my heritage at one point because fuck it. Bros giving off heavy hints he thinks I'm Mexican and given my skin color that's common. Except, my heritage is closer to Canada. Their capital is kinda named after my mom's tribe and all. Don't speak Spanish well, and since everyone is full blooded Cherokee nowadays I tend to use my tribal ID to back up my heritage.

I don't claim cherokee or anything, but anyway. This white bozo tried to claim that Mexicans were unconquered unlike us Neshnabek. it's strange because Spanish isn't a native American language. From what I recall those bozos thought Europeans were Gods and got their shit ransacked. It's mostly white people who lump us all together as one giant monolithic group. The same people trying to determine the gendered nature of their language is somehow wrong. Guess that's what you get for using a European language.

OTOH my language is damn near dead, but aside from "Hello" and essentially a few other borrow words our language is distinctively from North America before Columbus. It doesn't use as many letters as English and we don't even write some sounds the same way: tth = ch/tch.

Don't wanna dox myself, but local large universities kinda study our band/nation in general because of the guy we chose to name ourselves after. Bro took on the US Army in a non-violent way and won during the Indian Removal Act period.

Can't even make the argument about reservations cause the USA stole several states worth of their land.

There's also the lawyer from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. He called himself a "brown buffalo" because he didn't fit in with the Mexicans, Natives, or White people. People actually familiar with both Mexicans and natives have no problem differentiating us.

Yes, it's totally a problem. Because I saw feminists try to claim the bar for men is in Hell on Reddit too. Quite some Hell. Suppose that's why I'd get shit for being a solo LLC. Out here doing what i can with physical and emotional disabilities, and it wouldn't be good enough.

That bar supposedly being in Hell makes sense though because you're doing everything you can to erase us from your history books and existence in general. If Hell is real then the people/things/creatures there still exist unlike us if you get your way in the name of progressiveness.
