maybe im too woke and i know some people arent willing to hear opinions from me considering i IDENTIFY AS A ROBLOX CHARACTER but i think drilling the idea into a kid's head that they have to get married and have kids is incredibly disgusting. i also think it happens more to girls which is only powering misogynistic values
theres no problem with playfully asking kids if theyre gonna want a spouse or whatever but to tell a young child that theyre GOING to start a family is kinda harmful. that child is going to feel confined to fulfill the underwhelming destiny of raising kids, which is very strenuous, and either work nonstop at a job or do millions of chores depending on the child's gender because some parents are phucked up and into that tradwife culture shit.
then when you say "oh youll change your mind" it terrifies the child (i get told that all the time and i know it terrifies me! i want to do anything BUT put my body through that and then raise little snot monsters that take up all my time and resources. if i do decide to have kids, 2025 me would be killing themselves like actually) and then theyre gonna think they'll feel stupid for changing their mind on something that honestly shouldnt matter that much to the parents anywyay.

idk man its just that i come from a family full of single childless women with no education who amount to nothing telling me that i absolutely HAVE to get married and have 500 kids. bitch im not fulfilling your destiny for you just cuz you didnt decide to breed like a rabbit when you were actually young enough to, phuck out the way!
