Protein powder was a big mistake. I now look like a man. I have not grown a beard or a moustache. I have become muscular and bulky. When I wear a tank, my arms are ripped like a man. I hate it. I want to be thin and strong. Luckily, nobody at work can see my arms because I wear collared ironed shirts with sleeves to my wrists.
I should have done my research rather than listening to 'experts'. Personal trainer wants to make be do Olympic level weight lifting. I did not sign up to be a man. I do not want ripped shoulders, ripped quads, ripped biceps.
I want to look like an ordinary woman. My body is messed up now.
