stupid delivery

I don't know anymore. Really.
to make it simple:
yesterday:
no confirmation about direct customer delivery. I put the item on hold, when I can arrange it to get into the warehouse for tomorrow (today).
the sales ask me again at night, saying that maybe it's possible to deliver directly to the customer. Ok, great.

today:
then i met the sales, ask him again for confirmation. He says only if there's commission. And there's none. So, I asked again to confirm it again, and is it okay just to send it to the warehouse. He says okay.
so I tell the person who handle the delivery to send it tomorrow. remember. TOMORROW. this is happen in the morning.
at noon, 2.30PM, the sales asked again. That the customer want the item. Okay, I asked again to the deliverer, if it's possible to sent it to them. But, wow. WOW. the items already at the warehouse. The warehouse workers already get the items out of the container.
and that's the exact container the customer want. wow.
How can I know? The deliverer didn't tell me. I already tell them to send it tomorrow. but it's arrived today???? Then the warehouse leader complain. Saying to work seriously.
wow. yeah. idk anymore.
I arrange the delivery for tomorrow at the MORNING after I confirm it again with the sales.
And I got the info that the customer want it from the sales at 2.30PM. and the container already at the warehouse and already discharged some.
