I am such a chonker. I struggle with becoming slim. My weight keeps fluctuating. I struggle with push ups and pull ups. Sugar is my weakness. I eat my sadness and feelings. I am glad that I am not plus size. I keep going to the gym to prevent getting to that. I wish I could be size 12 and just remain stuck there. It will improve my self-worth and self-confidence. I need something to feel good about myself. My life is too busy, but I need to prioritize self-care towards my health. Stress is also making me fat. I need to find stress reduction techniques. My friend told me to join a piano class, I have no time. But maybe playing the piano will do me good. My mom told me to go to the Buddhist temple more often, but I have no time. I am studying, meal preparing, doing chores, working, going to the gym.
What really releases stress is hearing the bell at the temple.
