Not delusional about my bad health

I bought myself a body scanner made in France. I am very concerned and worried with my results. I have to change my ways or i will die in 10 years. This weekend, i will spend 10 hours doing healthy meal prep, grocery shopping, meal planning. I will spend 5 hours in the gym. I will decrease time elsewhere.
