my coworkers are driving me nuts

I am working in an office with other middle-aged women, there is like 15-year difference between me and them. To make stuff clear, besides the fact that they are 15-20 years older than i am, all of them are kinda underweight, so i think it is bc of their weight that they are always cold, at least it is what they are always saying. It is October right now, and the temp is 17 degrees Celsius rn, so not so bad,,, and the heating is not on rn,,.. THEY TURN THE AC ON to 35 degrees Celsius. THERE IS LITERALLY NO AIR TO BREATH! and they know how much it bothers me,, I tried to tell them that it is not very comfortable for me, but since 4 of them are cold,,, i literally have no place to say more,,i genuenly feel like my brain is frying bc of the AC,,, should i kms for them to understand that this is not okay,,, if they are that cold, they can ask the office to turn the heating on,,, or to wear something warmer,,, THIS IS SO DRIVING ME NUTS, I LITERALY CAN NOT CONCENTRATE! And once in a while i feel myself getting DIZZY!! i can not take this anymore!!
