To improve my well being, I am going to spend some time every week doing what I enjoy. I have a nice Indian Recipe/cookbook collection with recipes from Tibetan Indians, Parsees, South Indians, Mughal empire, North Indians, West coast, Portugese, French Indians, Anglo Indians, East Coast, North East Indians, Indians from the islands and so on. Every week, I will try two new recipes from the books. I want to make the Bombay Caramel Custard. Hmm...childhood memories. I never liked eating that when I was a little kid. Beside holy time is here and food has to be vegetarian without onion, garlic.
