Liars suck too, and not in the good way that leads to a nice bj. Why lie though? I’ve met so many liars who just end up making shit so much worse for themselves.
You gotta ask yourself: what are you getting? Not what do you want or need. What are you getting? If you lie you’ll get bullshit. Especially from me. I’m happy to lean into a lie. I had to get expensive emergency surgery because all people told me was I needed to work harder. I worked so hard a surgeon had to earn his pay recently during surgery when he pulled out my gallbladder.
I guess my gallstones looked like those big marbles old people used to play with. I guess there were also a lot of them. Google says the surgery typically costs like $20-$30k too, but it ran long and the anesthesia gave me apnea. So maybe it was more.
That’s what lying gets you. It gets surgeons who end up earning their pay even though they already earn that shit just by default. It gets you therapists who earn their shit too sitting in a room with me. Your idea of personal growth is what some overworked medical professionals call abuse. Serious abuse, and years of it.
You aren’t clever, you aren’t helping anyone, and you’re not as funny as you think either. Keep the humor for humorists such as Afroman and try being a human instead. I promise it’s not hard. Might even find it comes naturally if you try
