Is this normal?

I'm 18F and idk why I'm starting to feel something weird. Sometimes at night, before I go to sleep, I always think and wished to be with someone, cuddling and kissing stuff. More like a hopeless romantic.
Shit this is making me a disgrace of myself.
Ever since I discovered freaky stuff, there are times that I started feeling hot and pulsing down there. To get rid of it, I touch it. Do women at my age do this? I'm starting to get addicted because I'm stressed everyday because of school and work. It always make me feel relaxed but after doin it, I feel so guilty. Ever since, we were told that doing this is bad. I was born in a strict asian household. I just don't want to be like this. It's like a guilty pleasure. I also am scared to share this with the people I know, they might judge and will be disgusted by me. So I'm posting this right now here to seek advice(well it might be considered as a rant because I'm very frustrated)
