i'm scared

this might not be the right place for this, but i have a friend who's been really self destructive lately and im worried she's going to hurt or kill herself and i wont be able to do anything about it. because like ive been there but i'm in no place to give advice. and i feel like anything i say is only gonna make it worse. i just dont know what to do

I'm scared my friend will do something like that, but then I too... get it.
because I don't want to say anything that encourage her to do that too.
