I hope my old manager has had a terrible life

When I was a pharmacy technician at CVS, I got a write up for wearing dark blue pants instead of black. But that was unfortunately because I was a full time student, working 34 hours a week (they capped at 34 so I couldn’t qualify for health insurance and benefits) when I was actually signed on at 15 hours a week and I was making $9.25 and hour living in NYC while the pharmacist (my boss) would leave in the middle of the shift for up to 4 hours at a time to pick up her children for school.

I could not afford to do laundry and had no time to do laundry except washing my clothes in the sink. I reached for Navy blue slacks instead of black ones hoping to explain to my boss the situation.

The second I walked into work she screams “UNACCEPTABLE. UNACCEPTABLE. I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU THOUGHT THIS WAS OKAY”…. in front of a line of about 10 customers.

Nasty ass bitch. Makes $60/hour and 4 hours of that she isn’t even in the store. She’s “picking up her kids” AKA DRINKING AND COMING BACK TO WORK DRUNK AND FILLING OUT PRESCRIPTIONS INCORRECTLY This bitch was regularly getting paid hundreds of dollars to get shitfaced drunk.
ONLY ON STATEN ISLAND. This was years ago but its the only grudge I hold
