i don't even know where to start

hi guys! i've been keeping this to myself for quite at most 2-3 weeks and honestly i don't really know what should i do with this knowledge that i have. it not any relationship problem me and my boyfriend been quite a happy bird for about a year now. recently i kinda found his ex's IG and show one of her highlights stating things that some i knew and some were questionable. on that stories, she claims that her ex (my boyf) mentallly abused her and physically abused her, which so far from what i seen in this relationship there's no such thing that's happened before.

just a little context, they dated for about a year as well. the relationship was an on/off relationship and she was his first girlfriend.

when i read that i'm like wowww what the helly. so i kinda confronted my boyf about it asking him to clarify to me cause his action doesn't say otherwise ykwim. one point that stuck to me was that "she likes to inflict harm to herself" and the other one was "passive aggressive". so lemme tell you the story on the inflicting harm to herself; basically she (the ex gf) wasn't with him cause they lost playing a game and he was saying "let's look at yr K/D" in her post she claims that he took the mouse n pushed her. in reality it's just him tryna show her the score n him calming her down. i get it it sounds like i'm biased to him but i think quite logically cause the man i'm with is nth she claims. next one passive aggressive, sooo he was serving in the military and he just got out. she asked him to go on a hike which is quite late and the sun is going down. during the hike, she was busy textin while he tried to tell her softly to put the phone away countless times and even checking on her if she's okay. to the point where he was agitated and all.

honestly all of this doesn't make sense to me. and being me i would really want some clarification on her end about this situation. right before she actually posted that story and make it a highlight, she actually went to text him to get back together. so gimme some advise on how to i proceed life with knowing all this information and not be a busy body cause i don't like people dragging people down
