Hashmoto disease with hypothyroidism

So this happened to me last summer since I have hashimoto disease with hypothyroidism which I been living with it since 19 years old. So during summer vacation I couldn’t barely go swimming because my mental cycle was one of the worst things I had. Lucky I wasn’t in pain but I don’t know what the heck happened.

So hopefully this coming summer I can swim but if not I always have fun playing call of duty on mobile.

So if anyone has hashimoto disease with hypothyroidism from your family let me know how you deal with it.
