My mom offered me a cookie, I refused. Someone was eating fried chicken next to me. The smell was pleasant and I remembered the old days, but I did not buckle.
Clean eating is becoming a habit. I workout regularly pushing myself enough.
Other than the overnight oatmeal jars, I have to figure out a good grab and go breakfast that I can prepare in advance. It has to be clean.
I do not have more than 1.5 tsp of sugar in a day. Some days I do not even have that.
I gave up alcohol a long time ago.
If I live till 90 years, that is good enough for me. I am not aiming for more. Hopefully, cancer does not get me before that. But if it does - so be it.
How can I improve - Eat more fish that is rich in omega 3 and minerals like Trout and Salmon. I do not like good fatty fish, but it is important.
A healthy shredded body requires discipline, consistency, hard work and time. It is one of the things where you will see results for the effort that you put in.
