GLP-1 drugs might be life savers for the morbidly obese that can't even do the most basic exercise to try and lose weight, but the dug is being seriously abused by people that are too quick to use it as a fast track easy way to lose weight. Shocked to see Serena Williams, a world class pro athlete in great shape, hawking GLP-1 for Ro because she used the drug to drop weight after childbirth instead of getting back in shape using best practices.

Yeah, agreed. It is a lifestyle change. It is a slow process that takes time. I run and swim to stop the weight from climbing up to what it was. I used to be really fat.

100%. It wasn't supposed to be a "get skinny quick" drug. It was supposed to help those who need desperate help and are in danger from their weight drop it quickly and get under control
