If you're an adult, grow up. You work to pay bills, you cook and clean and do laundry, you have errands and tons of unfun stuff you have to do, then you die one day.
Trust me when I say NOBODY enjoys these things. At least not all of them.
"But it's haaaaaard!" Yeah no shit! The difficulty of doing shit you don't wanna do is only part of the problem. Nobody WANTS to do this stuff, but nobody wants to be your fucking caregiver either, assuming you don't actually medically need one.
Idc how special your mom says you are or how many mental health acronyms your doctor (or fucking tiktok) gave you, find a way to do whay you have to do. Alarms. Calendars. Body doubling. Therapy. Meds. Lifestyle changes: sleep, exercise, diet, hydration. Find a method that works for you and FUCKING GROW UP AND DO IT.
If you have spent your life being able to do nothing responsible to take care of yourself, your career, and your home, you are blessed as fuck. If you have the leisure to lay in bed for 4 hours scrolling on your phone, only to get up, eat crap, and not clean it up afterward, then scroll more until bedtime, nearly every day, and NOTHING HAPPENS to you because of it, I don't want to HEAR how fucking hard your life is, grow up and get therapy if you're struggling with something mental, and join adulthood.

Let me be clear: I KNOW mental disabilites and invisible ones are real and limit people. I KNOW, I live with them too. I am TIRED of having to overfunction and hurt myself and mask all the fucking time to accommodate the people in my ñife who don't even attempt to manage ANYTHING about it and just cry on their spcial media about how hard they have it. YEAH IT'S HARD BEING AN ADULT IS HARD AND IT'S HARDER FOR US BUT YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY TRY AND STOP MAKING THE REST OF US LOOK BAD anonymous 3 hours ago
