Circumcision is evil
Susan, circumcision is worse than all of those things. It's a much more pressing and immediate issue that needs to be addressed. We can address those other things, too, but ending circumcision comes first. Circumcision is evil, circumcised dicks are ugly, and uncut dicks look better, feel better, and are superior in every way.
