Love the way companies that make horribly designed product put the burden of dealing with said product back onto the consumers with the fix usually involving some use hardship for the consumer. These Converse Chuck Taylor purchased leave horrible scuff marks on my wood veneer floor that I have to remove with an eraser because they don't come up with regular mopping so the floor always looks dirty. So called Converse and the shit advise they give is to brush the soles with water and wear them regularly. Like don't they think the first thing a person would do is to try a clean the soles!? And as for wearing them regularly, how do they think that going to work when you have carry the shoes outside and put them on and them make sure to take them off before you come back in to keep the floor looking good. I've never had a problem with any other shoes doing this, even cheapo no brand shoes and I buy a lot of them. I've also never been one of the take your shoes off before you come in the house types for regular wear shoes, except for work shoes, however can see after buying these why people do it now, but I'm not changing my lifestyle for a shitty pair of shoes. This is as bad as Apple telling their buyers to hold the phone in some convoluted manner to make up for their shitty internal antenna placement a while back.
