Apparently Penske spoke out against this, but we'll see if they are being honest about not allowing their trucks to be used like this again.

Um pretty sure just a truck company they can't decide who buys their trucks... nor should they actually. If I were selling fuel and north korea said I want to buy it or any country even the taliban I would say yes if it was legal. Because thsts business. Selling guns ypu might question but even that is a business for somebody trying to earn a living
