Putin ICC Arrest Warrant

Thought Putin was suppose to be some dig deal KGB intelligence operative in East Germany back in the Cold War days. So why is he risking meeting Trump in Alaska, USA a non-friendly non-ally country being that the ICC has an arrest warrant out for Putin? Trump could turn him over to the ICC, even though the US is not a signatory recognizing ICC jurisdiction, on an ad hoc basis if he thinks that may place himself higher on the scale of improbability of possibility for consideration of a Nobel Peace Prize. Does Putin think because a fellow ICC arrest warranter Netanyahu came and went without being turned over that he can? Well he better think again, Netanyahu's safe transit is bought and paid for. Money is power and Jewish Americans have an outsized percentage of it. Trump's a bully and they pick fights with people who are weak. Putin's once rich and powerful oligarchs Trump used to court have fallen on hard financial times rendering them irrelevant & impotent because of Putin, they aren't likely to put up a fuss about his arrest; in fact they may likely benefit if they can cut some deals to get back some of their seized money & assets with him gone. Whatever failsafe plan Putin thinks he's got to prevent his arrest, if he's counting on some underlings to carry it out he may be out of luck there. They are allied to him out of fear not loyalty and they can see themselves moving up the food chain with him gone. Trump's on a whole other level, the word psychopathic does not even scratch the surface, so Putin's pysops training won't help him figure what's coming next with Trump.
