Best food is cooked at my parent's house

The world's best food is cooked at my parent's house. My dad is the world's best cook. He cooks from North India, South India, West India, East India, North East India.
My cooking is more global. I mess up Chinese cooking. I cannot cook Chinese food at all. I get it wrong and people hate it. The only not exactly Oriental food that I am able to make is mixed vegetable and ground chicken momos and that is a Himalayan dish from North East India, East India, Nepal and Tibet.
I am bad at making triangle shaped parathas and layered parathas. I can make plain chapatti and plain paratha.
I am good at baking chicken pot pie and fruit pies like apple pie. I use canola oil instead of butter. I cannot make chicken tetrazzini or pecan pie. That was a royal mess.
I am good at preparing vegetarian food like sambhar, dal, dosas, sabjis and idlis. I am also good at making Anglo-Indian preparations that my grandma used to make.
I am an okay cook. I am not able to cook everything. There are only somethings I am good at.

I love dad's cooking.
