It is very difficult to loose belly fat. I lost fat from my face, arms, legs and butt. The belly fat is slow and stubborn. I exercise like crazy and try my best to eat a balanced diet. I am right now very hungry. I know that if I eat before bed, it will go straight to my belly. Well...I will keep trying.
Coffee helps me curb my sweet cravings. But currently I am craving fried eggs - sunny side up with toast.
