Being a teacher

I'm a teacher. I teach the worse class at one of the worse schools for behaviour. I have basically turned a school of drop kicks into technically successful students who on paper are reasonably smart... in my class not necessarily other classes. I make them look smart and they have made rapid improvement due to how i teach. However, I have my stressful days. So last year a good portion of students simply didn't finish year 11... so I'm literally teaching year 11 plus year 12. I have got most of those students ahead in year 12 who failed year 11 except the extremely slow ones... incouding many who are failing English. I teach business and I have 9 classes. Like do the math im over worked but its what it is I'm exhausted.

But what pissses me off is I offered students tutoring because I want them to basically finish their year 12 early plus ideally get year 11 done because they have limited time left. So one guy shows up then throws a tantrum because I have him on the verge of finishing his year 12 work but he wanted to work on year 11 which he has fair bit to do. I'm not opposed to helping but the year 12 is almost done... why not finish it off get a guaranteed qualification then do year 11 and hopefully get both... or we can work fairly hard on year 11 then perhaps he gives up halfway and he gets no qualification to show for it and I'm blamed fir not finishing his year 12... thats my reality. I had every intention supporting him to do both... I don't enjoy giving up my time for free because I dont get paid overtime to help him get his qualification but i do it because I believe success is everything and if he fails so do I even if its not my fault. So i take it very seriously and I am not about to let him fail if I can avoid it. So the jerk off storms out of tutoring over it because he wants to do year 11 first. Then he leaves his year 12 one unit short so he still likely will finish year 12 next week but he is not giving himself extra time for year 11 because he stormed out. Why in christ name do i got to put up with these tantrums. Do your fucking work. I'm helping you for free overtime you ungrateful cunt! I'm literally your best friend in this world right now. Without me you are fucked literally.
