are fat people allowed to be fatphobic?

so i would like to preface with the fact that i used to be fat. i was technically obese then i lost a ton of weight when i realized that i was actually unhealthy and now i am a little chubby but not fat. i have gown up with a very fatphobic parent who was also fat and she would always be talking about how much she hates her body and how i can never go over 140 pounds cause i wont be able to get back under and all this and that so fatphobic has been so solidly ingrained into my since i was little. i never tell people i dont like fat people and i dont discriminate externally but when i see these huge people walking around i always think about how many americans are struggling with walking around because they’re so genuinely disgustingly unhealthy in that way. i’ve lost weight. i’ve been fat. it’s really not that hard to not eat a whole feast for every meal. it shocks me that people are so opposed to simply not giving into every craving they have. i am genuinely fatphobic and i guess i shouldn’t be but as a former fat person i really think they just don’t care about their health and only care about the dopamine they get from stuffing their faces. i exclude those who are larger for medical reasons- this distaste is only directed to those who are fat because they chose to be. my mom has horrible eating habits and i’ve watched her cause her own hatred toward her body then eat an entire dinner sized plate full of pizza rolls. she fed me the same way when i was growing up which is why i got fat. i broke that habit and fixed myself. people that like are disgusting to me. they cause their own suffering then do nothing to fix it except eat more. i am fatphobic towards gluttons and i feel guilty for thinking like that but like wtf are they doing
