Yo-yo

I had brought my weight down again in the middle. I ate a little Chinese fried rice and ice cream. Boom! My weight has again increased by 2 pounds. It increases in no time.
It takes constant work. I have to always keep a watch. It is annoying.

Both have high sodium which causes water retention. I have found I can hold 5-8 pounds of just water retention weight depending on diet. Reduce or illiminate sodium and you will be amazed at your additional loss. Drink a minimum of 16 cups of water a day to keep the sodium flushed out.
Good job S.

My doctor told me there are three things added to food that make it delicious but are the worst for us. Salt, Fat, and Sugar. Reduce or illiminate these and you will succeed and eat less.

This is why I hate my genetics. I have to eat grain free keto food in order to lose any weight. I can barely lose on a diet that is 900 kcal with carbs. Takes a very long time with constant exercise. And when I allow myself a cheat day, boom I morph into a fat blob and what took a day to gain takes 2-3 weeks to lose even with vigorous exercise. It’s either experience pleasure and look disgusting to the world or be beautiful and complimented by strangers and be lethargic with mood swings. I wish I had the genetics to be naturally slim. Like some people I know who are 12% body fat and eat like ravenous slobs and gain 5 temporary lbs they poop out in the morning. After gorging some of them get tiny belly pooches and when they get a bowel movement their bellies are washboard flat again.

I know what you mean S.F. I again managed to bring my weight down by running a lot - I mean a lot. I hydrated too. Basically, some people have to be very careful with their diet.
