why is dating a waste of time

Im going to call him Levi, yes. Levi is my boyfriend weve been dating for like a year and almost a month and let em tell you how crazy its been. Hes cheated on me twice, for a period of time he was obssesed with women in bikinis and yk what im talking about. well im still with him and cant find myself to leave, why? i have a heart condition (no im not in the hospital and im not gonna ie tmr) but sometimes he makes me so happy it makes my heart feel so much better, but once he does one thing bad it makes my heart hurt so fucking bad to the point where i think im going to do right there and then.
idk what to do, he said hes changed and i think that too but i just cant forget about the past, hes actually changed btw. like atleast i think he has? thats if hes not hiding anything from me, but thats not the point. were in highschool btw and i recently moved high schools...we broke up like 3-4 months after? then he liked his bestfriend and she also liked him back, they confessed but nothing happened. ugh idk he just makes me so fucking mad and idk what to do with him. idk am i mad? sad? AUGH fr i cant. im also realy really sensitive and i get sad really easily over tiny things. idk man.
