We are considering

We are considering rolling out new changes to Premonth command structure. Currently command staff is known first by their rank rather then secondary title. We are considering moving the opposite. As Jeff Smythe has now moved into the role of Assistant Director of operations alongside Shelby. It’s caused some confusion as to the chain of command.

Daniel is the director of operations secondarily is the Executive Chairman. Shelby is the assistant director of operations secondary she has moved form CEO to Executive Vice Chairman. Jeff was moved from Captain of Majors to assistant director secondarily now serving as CEO. While our new Captain of the Majors Ralph serves as our COO. The Majors also have secondary titles that move them to different positions on the board. Such as major of finance serves as CFO and other C - Suite titles. This will help promote a more straightforward chain of command of who reports to who.

We are also considering having an elected board by the Premonth Association to serve directly under the Chair and Vice chair(s). Please see voting powers, as of current all executive staff also serve on the board from positions of Director to Major.
