As I age, I find meat (lamb), poultry (chicken) and fish less appetizing and it grosses me out more. I can go two weeks without any non-vegetarian food. No wonder that I have low iron in the blood issues.
I am respectful of other people's choices and I would not force a more vegan lifestyle on anybody. I come from a very diverse city where there are people from every country.
However, I am extremely uncomfortable to go to highly rated popular restaurants in my city where they serve exotic meats: frogs, snake, horse etc. and cook them using the same set of utensils.
My favorite spot in the city is a vegan restaurant and juice cafe. My religion does not allow chunks of pork, beef etc. Now even meat that is permitted by religion is grossing me out. I have to soon start taking iron supplements.
