Useless junior at work
I work at an accounting firm and share an office with three others: my manager, another coworker and a junior (who started this year). She struggles with EVERYTHING and we have to show her everything so many times. She never makes notes. Never attempts to solve problems on her own. The moment she encounters a roadblock she immediately asks for us to solve it without even attempting to fix it first. I don't mind helping, but it's keeping me from doing my own work when I constantly have to help. I wish I didn't have a junior. Seriously.
