The little girl in the red coat playing the piano
Many years ago, I used to go to a bookstore that had a big fancy piano. There was a nice couch beside the piano where I used to curl up and read any book from the bookstore. Sometimes, I used to grab a coffee too.An elderly gentleman in a black coat and a tiny little girl in a red coat used to come on Saturday morning regularly. They made use of the free public piano. The gentleman played the piano very well. The little girl sat next to him and used to take lessons from the gentleman. It was so soothing to read a book with a coffee beside me listening to live piano.
The day they got rid of the piano in the store, was the last day I went to that store. I never went back.
