Life can be challenging. Winter is the most challenging time of the year due to less sunlight and being forced to stay indoors due to the cold.
This is helping me:
1. Aromatherapy - pure oil blends in the water diffuser, pure oil blends in the shower gel
2. Taking a warm shower
3. Adding jojoba oil to my scalp and hair. Massaging my scalp.
4. Exercising vigorously 3 times a week.
5. Moisturizing my skin with coconut oil, almond oil and shea butter
6. Eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, low fat protein like fish and whole grains.
7. Watching funny videos and memes
8. Giving myself regular moisturizing multi-vitamin facials with Vit C, Vit B5, almond oil etc
9. Grooming like keeping my nails trimmed, combing my long long hair
10. Studying and keeping the brain sharp. Exercising the brain.
11. Doing something creative that I enjoy. Recently, I made a collage of pictures from a trip.
12. Decrease reading the news all day. It just causes anxiety.
13. Meal prepping, keeping the home clean, being organized, keeping clothing neat and ironed.
