Stress

I work out a lot. I do not eat crazy. I eat like a normal person. My weight loss progress is slow, but it is progressing. I realized that the reason that it is slow is stress. When I get stressed, my hair falls in clumps. Now my stress level is better, but there is no telling what will happen to drive that stress up again. When my stress level is better, my hair is thicker.
I cannot tell what worries or bothers me, but I can definitely find self-care techniques to decrease stress:
1. Taking a shower with essential oils
2. Keeping myself occupied - studying, meal prep etc
3. Working out
4. Spending time in nature
5. Aromatherapy with my diffuser and a few drops of essential oils that make the home smell like grass or a forest.
6. Watching comedy videos
I currently do not get time to read fiction. Someday, I will find time.
