Ok, calm down and pull yourself out of the lunatic zone. There are no *"sleep servers" and there is no central authority controlling your dreams. Dreams are caused by natural biological processes.

That said, you need take note of whatever you are watching, or reading, especially if you do a lot of doomscrolling. Obsessing over the quality of your dreams may also be having the effect of causing the problems with your dreams you are experiencing.

All I can say is relax, be patient, and let everything correct itself on it's own, and don't read or watch the bad stuff so much.

*I thought this was going to be a post about ASMR/sleep sounds and I was going to reply with just get a damn white noise machine. Pharmacies usually sell them as does Walmart or Target.
