I have been running. Now I am going to amp it up with reduced carbohydrates. I have to lose 5 kg by the end of summer.
Morning - Green juice (spinach/banana/mango/kale/celery/oat milk/pineapple etc.)
Lunch - Lentil soup, fish (air-fried/baked), mango salsa/salad/roasted veggies/steamed veggies/stir-fried veggies
Dinner - Same as lunch.
Snacks - pumpkin seeds
My only concern is my low iron. I have heavy periods. Once in 3 weeks, I will squeeze in some red meat.
My community has lots of tasty food: They deep fry fish, eat fried samosas, laddoos, biryani, rice, lots of chicken dishes, fried mixtures.
I eat like clean instead.
When I will have more guests and parties in the future, I will serve them clean detox food. My house, my rules. If they do not like clean food, they can leave.
