Haven’t been on a date in 2 years

Me and my current partner have been dating for little over two years and he acts like he doesn’t want to spend time with me. All we do is sit at his house and he just plays on his phone. I want to go out and do stuff like a normal couple does. When i find out he’s out drinking with his friends and ask hey when are we going to do something he lashes out at me and basically tells me that im saying he can’t hang out with his friends. I don’t feel seen or prioritized and I just can’t take this shit anymore. The last time I made plans for us to go out for dinner and a movie he took an extra shift at work and didn’t even tell me!!! When I texted him later that night and asked if he forgot about our date he acted like his job was more important than me and I asked to be more open and communicate with me. Instead I got I work two jobs etc…. We both work two jobs and I still find time for you. I’m close to just leaving because why should I be the only one putting forth the effort to make this relationship work
