Peer Pressure
I had joined facebook recently due to peer pressure from some Indian people that I thought were friends, but later I figured that they just pretended to be be super friendly and did not really like me. I do not know why they came to my house though? Free meals? I was forced to distance myself from them. I uninstalled my facebook and instagram today because it distracts me from my goals. My LinkedIn is on hibernate forever. I do not have enough discipline to stop scrolling sometimes. I ended up wasting so much precious time like 30 to 45 minutes daily. It all adds up. I could have done something productive.If you are lonely, just get a pet hamster or a goldfish. Social media will not solve your problems.
