No pain No gain

I watched my family devour assorted chocolates. I did not touch them. No pain, no gain. I instead ate cabbage, carrots, grilled chicken breast, potatoes and probiotic yogurt at meal time. I worked out for 45 minutes on Christmas Day. I studied for 2 hours on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. A little bit here and there adds up and goes a long way. Everything towards self-improvement adds up and becomes a habit with consistency and discipline.
One thing that is amazing about the female body is that when we work on our muscles, we do not really bulk up. However, our muscles get more defined and toned. The testosterone is missing.
Studying and exercising the brain is also good for health. Brain health is important. Eating a few healthy nuts, sardines etc. helps with brain health. I love sardines.
Most importantly, I barely think about bad people, who try to cause me harm or pain. I do not even talk about them. I focus mostly on myself. I have been bullied most of my life since the age of 2 because I was a bit odd and different. Despite the disrespect, I have fearlessly built myself and continue to build myself.
