Meal prep on a budget

I spend the last 48 hours when I was awake on meal prep. Eating out is expensive. Groceries are expensive. But I found a loop hole - The farmer's market. I bought lots of veggies and fruits at a bargain price directly from the farmer and cutting out the middle man (grocery giant). Can you believe that I got 4 huge squashes/pumpkins for 10 dollars instead of 10 dollars for each! Meals turn out cheaper if a majority of them contain vegan ingredients.
Breakfast: Overnight oats in mason jars with cooked strawberries
Lunch: a lunch box with 1/3 cup cooked rice, 1/2 cup cooked lentils, 1/2 cup stir fried vegetables.
Everything tastes good with spices, herbs, lemon, ginger, garlic etc.

Fast food always has been more expensive than dine-in restaurants. I HATE those Youtube retards who act like they cracked The DaVinci Code when pointing that out.

Food can be cheap if you want it to be. Plenty of good, affordable options, even outside of the farmer's market for meals.

That pop tart comment reminds me of when I was in Walmart a few years ago. Some mother was bitching at their kid. Some spoiled brat who was about to go and spent the night at a friend/relatives house for a few days. Mom was bitching and kept asking if the kid wanted "breakfast sandwiches" the Jimmy Dean ones that are expensive as hell.

I just saw that and shook my damn head. That kid has no fucking idea how good he has it. Getting to eat good, do whatever he wants. He probably thinks he's owed an NBA career and will hate life and everything of it once he's an adult and sees how the world won't kiss his ass.

Yea I'll just grow my own product. I shouldn't have to offer my sisters first born as a down payment from the local farmers market. And Its easier to steal from Walmart. So I'll continue to grow my own.
And will continue to cock block others from my garden and green house.
